Welcome

With spring quickly approaching, why not "spring" into the ASQ Worcester Section Website? We are here to help with all your quality needs! If you are preparing for a certification test, looking for particular topic information, or just some networking opportunities, we can help. With all of the challenges facing the quality profession, let the ASQ Worcester Section provide you with the tools you need to excel in the quality field. Our website is designed as a resource of information "at your fingertips" for things like quality related news, upcoming dinner meetings, presentations, and more. The "My Settings" feature allows you to organize what is important to you as well as a report option that tracks how many dinner meetings you have attended. "My Settings" allows you to post and bid on jobs and manage events, too. We also have an "ASQ Link" that connects you to what other ASQ Sections are doing. If there is something we can help you with or if you have any comments or suggestions, please feel free to contact our Section Chair, Ann Warmuth Ann.Warmuth@staples.com. We are here to help provide you with the tools you need to make your position in the quality field go smoothly by providing the tools and techniques necessary to make you a strong, effective team player within your organization.

Upcoming Dinner Meeting

Everyone wants to learn more effective problem solving techniques. Come and join us at our March Dinner Meeting for some hands-on learning with the commonsense Kaizen approach! We will also be learning how elements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Law (SOX), legislation requiring CEO/CFO's of public companies to certify their organization's financial statements, can be supported by the effective management and auditing of QMS and EMS systems. Process Tips and Tricks!

Or maybe you've been part of a team full of "clicky" people that stomp out any ideas or suggestions by others on the team. If this sounds like somewhere you've been, this month's Process Tips and Tricks is for you! Read more
